Travels With Myself is my journey of transition and discovery following the death of my life-long wife and partner to cancer and then recovering from a broken heart when my next love decided it would be better for her if she were not part of my life. Follow me to The Philippines where hair on fire I was determined to live my life differently find lasting love and a new identity - author. I learned a lot about grief and love and mental health and this book includes many references to what others have said about life's biggest challenge: life after loss.
