Tree's Great Labyrinth Puzzle

<p><strong><em>When we see how we all help each other and work together we grow a strong and happy community.</em></strong></p><p></p><p>Lily Oliver and Cleo are excited to hear that Tree has prepared a puzzle leading to a treasure. Working as a team the friends follow each clue using mindful thinking to guide their way. They pause at every step take slow breaths and carefully use their senses to understand each clue's meaning. In the end they solve the final clue by realizing how everything in the labyrinth is connected. Their new understanding becomes the real treasure. </p><p></p><p>In this lesson students are introduced to mindful thinking-the practice of pausing breathing and using their senses to solve problems with focus and care. By practicing the P-E-T strategy (Pause Exhale Think) students learn that taking a moment to breathe and reflect helps them solve challenges more effectively.</p>
