Excerpt from Treitschke''s History of Germany in the Nineteenth Century Vol. 5<br><br>The present instalment of Treits''chke''s History covers a very short period for excepting the survey of intellectual movements contained in the final and perhaps for the majority of readers most attractive chapter on Young Germany the events narrated fall for the most part to several years preceding and following the July Revolution of 1830. Alike in thought and style the contents of the book are thoroughly characteristic of the historian. His mastery of his material is complete Whatever.
