Tribute Night at the Social

<p><strong>Tribute Night at the Social</strong> in its original version was awarded 3<sup>rd</sup> prize in the 2017 Yeovil 'Writing Without Restrictions' competition. The setting is the fictional Bannockpace Sports & Social Club and the open mic event for poets is 'hosted' by a one famous comedian and 'gatecrashed' by another !</p><p>Each poetic tribute is presented with skill affection and humour by the author whose Liverpudlian roots are in evidence throughout.
