Trish My Best Friend

Summer break is finally over and Emily is excited to go back to school and see her friends again-especially Trish who has been her friend since preschool. But once school starts Emily finds out that Trish has become friends with Sam since the end of school last year. Now Trish doesn't want to sit with Emily or play with her anymore: She only wants to spend time with Sam. Emily is very sad: She can't understand why the other children are so mean. With a little help from her mom and teacher though she learns how to manage her feelings and let go so she can move forward with her new friends.
