Theres a new pincher in town and with him comes an offer Vincent cant refuse. Baltimores gangster boss has gotten his wish--a second pincher courtesy of New Yorks biggest mobster with a third promised. In return Vincent needs to accompany this new pincher north and be a weapon in a double cross that pits one mob against another. But theres an opportunity buried in the intrigue--a chance to rid Baltimore of the mobs control and finally establish Maryland as a free state for pinchers.
