Tubal infertility: contribution of laparoscopic surgery

Female infertility is a global public health problem. According to the WHO Africa is the continent most affected by this scourge which is surely at the origin of major psycho-social conflicts. Indeed the value and social recognition of a couple in Africa are absolute only if there is a birth in the home. Where appropriate it is women who are the first to be incriminated in the majority of cases and are victims of marginalization and even repudiation. Which in turn generate psychological disorders. Tubal pathologies represent the majority of organic causes of female infertility. Laparoscopic surgery is a modern surgical and endoscopic means indicated in the management of tubal infertility both diagnostic and therapeutic. However it was important to assess the effectiveness of this technique particularly with regard to the return of postoperative fertility. This evaluation leads to convincing results.
