Twelvemile

<p>This book is not intended to be an all inclusive guide to the Twelvemile Summit to Eagle Summit area of the White Mountains Alaska nor even an all inclusive guide to that section of the Steese Highway.  It does however include what we think are some very beautiful photos of the areas which we have visited and spent time in.  We’ve driven this section of the highway in all seasons of the year so you will find photos which were taken in spring summer autumn and winter – when the locale is blanketed with a thick layer of snow.  We’ve hiked in the mountains around Twelvemile Summit and Eagle Summit rather extensively only during the summer though so there are several photos which were taken during the summer while hiking.  The general purpose of this book of photographs is to show you some of the most spectacular scenery which we have seen during the several days which we have spent in this general area.  You'll find exquisite photos of scenery flora and fauna here.</p>
