Starting from a legendary analysis of trademark litigation the author comprehensively reviews the development of the knowledge economy in China since the reform and opening up reflecting the process of China's pharmaceutical industry from not adapting to international rules to learning to respect and master international rules and skillfully safeguarding its own rights and interests constantly improving its conscious innovation ability and actively developing products with independent property rights. At the same time it reminds us that we should have a clear and comprehensive understanding of intellectual property rights and must have sufficient vigilance and the ability to handle relevant issues well in order to take the initiative in international intellectual property competition.</p><p>作家通过多年的采访和考察，积累关于我国医药行业知识产权问题的丰富资料和思想，从一个带有传奇色彩的关于商标的诉讼剖析入手，全面梳理了我国改革开放以来，知识经济发展的状况，反映了我国医药行业从不适应国际规则到学会尊重掌握国际规则，并游刃有余的维护自身权益，不断提高自觉创新能力 ，积极开发拥有自主产权产品的过程，同时，提醒我们对知识产权应该有清醒和全面的认识，必须有足够的警惕和高潮的本领处理好相关问题，才能在国际知识产权竞争中掌握主动。</p>
