Nick Wynne and George Baker take readers and cooks of all kinds on a leisurely stroll through their kitchens providing tasty recipes and philosophical insights on cooking southern culture and life in general. Nick and George are serious traditional cooks but both enjoy side trips into the unusual and the uncommon. This book requires the reader to have a sense of humor and to be flexible in food experimentation.
