India is a country where we find unity in diversity through one way or the other and an important source of it is found in each and every festival that we celebrate here.India is probably the only country where every new month a new year is celebrated. Starting from Makarsankranti in January to Christmas in December every festival is celebrated with great fervour and joy with everyone coming together. Festivals play a major role in domestic social and national oneness and togetherness. Every festival has different customs which are to be followed according to ones own culture and traditions.This time keeping in view our festivals and their importance we are starting the compilation of our new anthology.Tyohaar Presented by Kala Aur Kalam  will collect all the joy and happiness together that we feel while celebrating our favourite festivals. And the creations of our fellow writers will also illuminate us about the importance and objectives of these festivals.
