U. S. Constitution 2.0-Its Time has Come!

This is a proposal for a more modern updated Constitution for the United States one which attempts to remove the vague old English terminology as well as update the rules for citizenship electing the President and Congress and the Supreme Court. There are more specifics in relation to gun laws discrimination the separation of church and state which fit more into the society in which we live and address some of the challenges which we face in the 21st Century. This is a beginning not a perfect document one which should be streamlined and improved by other citizens who I believe should be asked to do this NOT the wealthy and professional citizens and lawyers who are responsible for the problems which exist in the present document. It also contains a proposed new Income Tax form and tax tables along with other changes in the tax system.
