Un-frazzle and Re-dazzle

<p><em>Influence changes everything</em></p><p>How do <em>you </em>influence? By living life to the full and sharing the overflow of that to others? Or living life with a long crabby face as a result of the inner heart issues and spreading that around instead? Personally I walked a million miles with a sour heart and that story will unfold through the pages of this book as I describe inner transformation that is possible for all of us. </p><p>Perhaps like me you have lived grumpy too. In some way or other we are all exerting some sort of effect good or bad often without realising it…in positive or less-than-positive ways. When we smile when we encourage or when we feel low we’re impacting others in some way.  Creating ripples! If we take time to develop our inner well-being then we can build and inspire to bring life to others as we outwork what God originally intended. We were created at this time and place for a purpose to influence well. </p><p>Here are some of the daily issues we women face:</p><ul> <li>Caring for families. Women are generally the carers for both the children and older family members;</li> <li>Hormones—when some of us might be a nightmare to live with;</li> <li>Being busy—filling many roles with limited time to fulfill them;</li> <li>Multi-focussed—juggling home work and the whole world. Today’s young women have more to negotiate than their mothers did at the same age.</li></ul><p>As a result our ripples may not extend in good ways due to a lack of fresh flowing input and time from our Maker.</p><p>This book has been written to help you discover what you need to become a world changer and a beautiful influence in the process.</p><p>We will journey together trekking into what may seem uncertain territory. At times the expedition will probably feel unfamiliar and foreign. But I assure you the destination is magnificent. It’s a place where others in your world are impacted by the woman you are meant to be. God-created and God-breathed for a unique purpose. It may seem a million miles away right now. But will you trust me take the plunge and begin?</p><p>In the pages of this book we will travel on three journeys across three sections. Together we’ll move from crazy stressed and frazzled lives to God-inspired peace in the first.
