Unashamed Spirit Untamed Heart

The enigmatic poet Tracy Brown pursues talents both on the stage and on the ropes of the aerial stage. Out of the limelight Tracy is the warmest soul volunteer advocate and support system for many in the Athens area. She is also a Reiki practitioner and Yoga instructor. Poems included in Unashamed Spirit Untamed Heart have been compiled from several years of self-discovery and healing. Brown finds her truth in myriad experiences and does what she can to shine past hurt past heartbreak and past shame. She hopes her poetry will inspire others to release pain they've been holding on to grab hope in their hands and fly.
