<p>As badly as Peter wants to <em>just enjoy being a normal kid in Grade 11</em>-whose life would revolve around studying working part-time hanging out with friends and going on dates-he knows he has an immense task to accomplish first: He has to defeat Xavier once and for all.</p><p></p><p>Peter's army of weather gods is extremely skillful experienced and crafty. But Xavier's troops-who significantly outnumber Peter's-are ruthless unforgiving and willing to go to any means to ensure Xavier gets what he wants.</p><p></p><p>To give themselves a fighting chance Peter needs to come up a way to take away Xavier's advantage or at least level the playing field.</p><p></p><p>Good meets evil head-to-head and wit and ingenuity just might offer Peter's team a chance at victory.
