<p>Lee Jones is a Wirral-born author Kitchen and Bathroom designer and supplier and founder of UnboxedTogether Ltd - a movement built on lived experience raw honesty and the search for clarity in a noisy world.</p><p>After years of burnout exhaustion and life on autopilot Lee discovered that what he thought was a mental health breakdown was really a buildup - of additives stimulants and stress hiding in plain sight. When he was finally diagnosed with ADHD the pieces began to fit. Food focus and emotional chaos were all connected.</p><p>Driven by a mix of science rebellion and empathy Lee rebuilt his life from the inside out - studying every label testing every habit and documenting the journey that became Unboxed - The Dirty Secret Hiding in Our Diet.</p><p>Today through his book workshops and the UnboxedTogether platform he helps others lift the fog understand their own chemistry and rebuild energy and focus in a world designed to drain both.</p><p>Lee lives on the Wirral with his wife and children where his story continues - proving that even when everything feels lost clarity is never out of reach.</p>
