Her husband Jeff Winans (deceased) was a Professional football player with The Buffalo Bills Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Oakland Raiders. She has dedicated her life to helping others including Teens/Young adults and Professional Athletes and their families transition from the game.</p><p></p><p>Her latest book <em>Unbreakable Strength</em> is based on the story of the author's first 29 years. She grew up in an All-American Marine Corps Family until her father's unexpected death when she was just 13. Fleeing from Florida to protect her family she became innocently trapped in a world of lies secrets deceit and betrayal.
