What is that going inside the mind of an ex-military officer when he decides to give up the security the guns and roses of the romance associated with soldiering? What makes him unbuckle (boots) 2 buckles(suits) into the turbulence of the corporate world? What is that motivating them to take the plunge in the unknown and untread path? Having known many ex-military officers in the Corporate and I dare say a large percentage do not taste the success in Corporate when benchmarked with their innate capabilities and strengths…Why? ‘(Un)buckle 2 Buckle’ are random musings of my conversation with an ex-military officer on his journey from leaving the Army and seamless successful transition to the corporate boardroom.
