Uncle Martin is Impeached!

Gang life seems to be getting the better of Uncle Martin for in this story he gets into a minor scuffle with the members of his gang. This quickly explodes into an all-out war! This leads to the gang members voting to have Uncle Martin impeached from his own gang! Brad who speaks the loudest demands Tim to take the job and believes he can do better. And at first Tim is happy to take Martin's place once he leaves. But is Tim ready to lead the gang? Can he do it as good as Martin always did? Does Tim have what it takes to be a leader?
