Uncovering Moral Harassment in Organizations

As a form of moral violence that undermines workers' emotional balance and compromises their mental and physical health the practice of moral harassment in organizations can no longer be ignored. This book aims to elucidate what moral harassment is and its consequences and to warn that not every conflictual situation can be classified as such.
