Under My Skin

About the author : Mansi Shinde is a 20 year old girl from a small city of Nasik in Maharashtra. She stays with her parents elder brother and her pet (Keesha). She is a simple and an outspoken girl. Her love for literature from a long time and the curiosity to learn more has led her to take up English Literature in college. Writing articles and poetry developed to be her hobby simultaneously as she went on reading more literature. Apart from writing she loves teaching and volunteering for a global cause. She has been working as a volunteer for an international non-governmental non-profit educational organization known as AFS Intercultural Programs India for the past few years; wherein they empower young people from all backgrounds with essential global skills – and the passion for making a difference. About the book :Under My Skin is a collection of poetry about love heartbreaks loneliness anxiety trauma and a bit of femininity. This book is a journey of realization in my twenty years of existence. Each poem refers to one dark emotion a person faces. It will walk you towards empathy. But what it really says is life should keep rolling in spite of the obstacles. Smile and start walking again because you never know what you might come across the route.
