Understanding Agile Values & Principles

Many organizations start their Agile journey without a good (or any) coverage of the Agile Manifesto's Values and Principles. As a result when Agile practices seem difficult to implement this limited understanding often prevents choosing alternatives consistent with an agile mindset. Agile ideas are simple but not necessarily easy. This book explores each value and principle suggesting possible practices to help make it easier to implement practice options and alternatives.
