Information that the Digital library contained change as the development of the times. Accordingly the technology to be introduced the user’s tendency the issues to be addressed and the components change. For example in recent years the introduction of RFID NFC QR Code IoT Situation recognition technology Google Glass technology Semantic Web Linked Data etc. are being discussed. In addition improvement of user service based on the user''s level of literacy evaluation violation of user privacy caused by digital technology evaluation of library digitization level is discussed as big issues. However technologies and issues that could not be imagined in the next generation will be discussed.
