Understanding work family interference in a neglected cultural milieu

This is a book discussing the neglected sphere of work- family interference. Albeit voluminous research studies on work-family interference have been carried out in developed worlds with individualist cultural tradition bereft of research studies were focused on collectivist cultural aspects. Nonetheless the cultural connection between family and work would be expected to uniquely contribute to work and family. Consequently this scholarship has thrown new light on the unknown nature of work-family interference from the vantage point of a collectivist cultural nation.
