Poetry by its very nature should be fully experiential create imagery becoming visceral and evocative of emotion. The very nature of the poem exists in the sensual world and thus it is erotic at the core. In poetry I hear the words lyrically as spoken perhaps even whispered or sung; I see images as they create patterns of meaning in meter - and I see the face of my lover.Hopefully you will experience these poems as instances of sensuous experience in words spoken aloud with a lover.
