Work is above all perceived as a means of acquiring financial independence of building one''s life of making plans but also as a condition of possibility of obtaining a social role an identity and a certain recognition. Therefore work is of particular interest to all countries in the world. Thus it has become the main goal of the ILO in order to provide assistance to States to facilitate the integration of men and women in a decent job. However in developed countries as well as in developing countries there is a high unemployment rate of young people especially young graduates. In Côte d''Ivoire unemployment among young graduates has become a concern for at least two decades. Young people are unemployed underemployed and are in an economic situation. Consequently in Côte d''Ivoire in order to take charge of their lives and provide for their needs young graduates turn to the informal sector of employment thus developing a form of resilience the best known of which is the management of a cellular phone booth.
