Unexploded Ordinance and Other Writings

Unexploded Ordinance and Other Writings is a small contribution to the world of literature. It contains several poems about love life and our relationship with the world around us. There are also three short stories. Backwards is about South Dakota life and how others tend to view it. Unexploded Ordinance is a story about a young man?s experience during the war in Iraq. An Inuit?s Tale portrays a young Inuit man?s journey into the wilds of the North. This compilation has photographs from an up-and-coming photographer Jason Askew. His eye for the sublime and technique for capturing it is a gift I can only hope to emulate with my writing.
