UNFINISHED BUSINESS

<p>Jessie Hartley knew from the age of thirteen that she wanted to be an architect. Now she's thirty-six and poised to become a partner at an esteemed Washington D.C. firm. She loves the creative challenges of her job whether it involves expanding a pubic library or leading a team in a prestigious architectural competition.
