Union and Career Development - Empirical Research on Employees of Telecommunication Companies in Nepal

This book is the study to know the current role of union on career development of employees in telecommunication industry in Nepal. This study mainly aims to verify whether the widely accepted propositions particularly in the developed countries context are valid in the developing country context like Nepal or not there are several variables that affect the career development of employees. This study tries to fill gap by studying the direct or indirect impact roles of union on career development of employees. This research includes some new variables as well as examined variables because it was expected that those independent variables have more variability with dependent variables.
