International interventionism has become uninhibited since the end of the cold war first of all thanks to humanitarian aid and since September 11 2001 because of the international terrorist threat. In this context the failed states are the object of a growing international interventionism that proposes the same ambitious solutions: peace democracy and reconstruction of the state.
