The determination of the human being for the development of their own activities and the activities in which they develop then we find the evaluation and assessments made by third parties which leads us to the reason for the choice of the indicator of the satisfaction of the being for the validation of a level of quality or the process of which people are committed in the processes. Quality and satisfaction levels are linked to being within the administrative teaching and student structures.
