I spent my time obsessing about our relationship and committing myself to a version I thought he was. You see because thats what we humans do we fall for fractions of people and expect that fraction to fill up a hole to fill a void. I have used dating as an escape. Amanda paints a picture of a person who had to walk the journey of a Christian and still handle relationships loss and growing up in the real world. having to learn to be honest with herself and shedding off the daily pretense that religion puts on us.
