This work analyzes the unnamed precautionary measures in the Colombian labor process from a comparative perspective with Argentina Brazil Chile and continental Europe. The author examines the tension between the protection of labor rights and the economic barriers that precautionary measures represent especially for vulnerable workers. It proposes a proper regime of precautionary measures for the labor sphere that guarantees effective judicial protection and real access to justice overcoming the deficiencies of the current system.
