Urban Developments and Regulation of Territory

Planning and regulatory studies of the territory are considered as a dispensable means of development mainly for those urban centers that are characterized by the unplanned demographic growth spontaneous and informal developments of the territory. The urban planning process in Durres city is still unfinished and it is facing a series of legal and territorial conflicts. The purpose of this study relates to: a- making a planning program of rational and sustainable usage of the territory on the basis of managing natural resources (land air water seacoast forests landscapes) and human ones b- drawing a strategy of urban regeneration and sustainable development.
