As a keen observer of human character my inspiration behind writing this book was the strong desire to pen down the various simple to complex emotions of conscious and sub-conscious human mind especially city dwellers.  With a fast pacing lifestyle and cutthroat competition to sustain people who stay in a metropolitan city experience manifold mental upheaval and are often either unaware of their own sentiments or keep them subdued. These dormant feelings get expressed due to “out of the ordinary” challenging or despairing situations.  This book is a collection of such similar fictitious incidents and personalities whose characters have been sketched from several anecdotes that I have come across in my daily life while staying in a metro.  Underneath the seemingly ordinary and mundane life these stories reveal the so called “alter egos” of their characters.
