Urogenital fistulas

Urogenital fistula (UGF) is an abnormal congenital or acquired communication between the urinary tract and the female genital tract classified according to anatomical location and organs affected. The aim of this work is to analyze the profile of urogenital fistulas in all its epidemiological etiological diagnostic therapeutic and preventive aspects in order to plan a better management of FUG according to the literature and the latest recommendations.This is a retrospective descriptive and analytical study of all patients treated for FUG at the Urology Department of Fattouma Bourguiba University Hospital Monastir over a 35-year period.
