About The Book

The Interplay of Technology and Consumer Behavior in USA

In my various treatises on the subject my view emphasizes that technology is not merely a tool for efficiency but a primary driver of behavioral change. According to my opinion the invention of new technologies influences the economy by altering how individuals perceive value and convenience. In the United States the on-demand economy has created a consumer base that prioritizes immediate gratification and seamless user experiences.

This is often referred to in economic literature as the reduction of transaction costs a concept famously explored by Ronald Coase in The Firm the Market and the Law. My argues that as technology reduces the physical and mental effort required to make a purchase the frequency of consumer interactions increases thereby stimulating short-term economic growth but also increasing the pressure on facility management and logistics.
