Usage of Biogas in a Diesel Engine

Compressed Bio Gas (CBG) is a promising renewable and alternative fuel for reciprocating engines. Generally CBG fuel is derived from organic waste materials and contains Methane molecules on a vast scale. CBG fuel is a proeper fuel for compression ignition engines due to the high ocane rate. Also CBG fuel can be used in a diesel engines as a single fuel or dual fuel. In future CBG fuel will become widespread in internal combustion engines for sustainable environment.
