About The Book

The objective of our study was the Surveillance of adverse events related to the use of Chloroquine in combination with Azithromycin in the Structure of Management of COVID-19 of the Point G University Hospital. Our study was a prospective cross-sectional study which took place from March 2020 to December 2020.It recorded a total of 404 hospitalized patients with a rate of 41.6% having manifested adverse effects. The adverse events in our study were minor. Very few cases of comorbidities were reported (10%). We used the WHO imputability method; all adverse events were of possible occurrence according to this technique.
