At the present time countries with specialized dairy farms have increased the sanitary quality requirements of raw milk in line with technological development and the needs of the dairy industry to ensure high quality products and longer half-life The present document exposes in a general way the difficulties that most developing countries have to preserve the raw milk obtained and there are no refrigeration systems to prevent its acidification Hence every year large volumes of unusable milk are reported so we expose different non-conventional methods and specifically the effect of magnetic fields in the preservation of raw milk without refrigeration. In a simple way this material attempts to provide some insight into the need to produce milk of the required hygienic quality. The paper identifies the main factors that can in one way or another cause harmful effects on milk and exposes different methods to achieve the preservation of raw milk without refrigeration.
