Use of medicinal plants in native areas Loja- Ecuador

With the objective of identifying and specifying the medicinal plants most used by pregnant women and in the different stages of the puerperium; and characterize the forms of use of medicinal plants in the period of gestation and in the puerperium of the native communities of the zone 7-Loja-Ecuador this book intends initially to make a bibliographic review on the use of medicinal plants themselves that will establish the ancestral therapeutic uses of the different species of the ecosystem to recover the ancestral culture in the management of medicinal plants in the locations of intervention especially Saraguro and Zamora native zones of Loja-Ecuador. Later through an investigative study the optimal forms of preparation and use will be established in order to apply them correctly and thus take advantage of the properties of each of the parts of the medicinal plants.
