Users' Perception Towards Mobile Wallets

Present study is about government and private sector mobile wallets. Mobile wallets can be used for different purposes like money transfers bill payments hotel bookings movie tickets booking flight booking etc. Here primary data from 1000 users has been collected for the study. The data has been analyzed in SPSS. Relationships between different variables have been analyzed for study. The findings of the study reveal that maximum people prefer mobile wallets for their regular transactions. It was also found that people feel secure while using mobile wallets. Mobile wallets provide comfort in making transactions. Therefore mobile wallets can be considered as the future of payment methods. Users prefer private sector mobile wallets in comparison to Government sector mobile wallets.
