Using the experience of anti-crisis policy Republic of Finland

In this paper we consider the possibility of using the Finnish anti-crisis policy in the regions of the Russian Federation (on the example of the Komi Republic). The scientific novelty of the work is that this study is the first attempt to analyze the Finnish experience in the presented format.In this regard the following work was carried out: analysis of the impact of the world crises on the European Union as a whole and on the member countries primarily Finland; study of the processes of economic recovery in Finland; determination of the effectiveness of the anti-crisis policy of Finland and the possibility of its use in the subjects of the Russian Federation.
