<p>USUAL narrates in a simple rhyme the experiences of many kids on the autism spectrum as they navigate social and behavioral challenges in life and in school. </p><p>The story explains- in simple language that any young child can understand -why children on the spectrum may react in unusual ways to specific sounds sights tastes textures and the sense of isolation that they may experience as a result. </p><p>This story is a chid-friendly tool to help neurotypical children attain a better understanding and acceptance of youngsters on the spectrum.</p>
