UV-Spectrophotometry Estimation of Irbesartan & Amlodipine Lab mixture

The most striking feature of these methods are its simplicity and rapidity non requiring consuming sample preparations such as extraction of solvents heating degassing which are needed for HPLC procedure. The results of our study indicate that the proposed UV-Spectroscopic method is simple rapid precise and accurate. This method can save much time and money and it can be used in small laboratories with very high accuracy and a wide linear range.
