UV-Visible and Chromatography

In this book we have proposed practical work on the following two analytical techniques: ultraviolet-visible (UV-Visible) spectrophotometry and chromatography in order to deepen and perfect the knowledge acquired by students during theoretical courses and tutorials and to encourage them to take an interest in the practical aspects of laboratory work.Theoretical reminders on UV-Visible spectrophotometry and chromatography were provided followed by practical work to ensure that students mastered these two techniques. It should be noted that these two analytical instruments are considered essential tools in research laboratories and in teaching in the fields of chemistry and biology.These analytical techniques enable us to characterise separate quantify and analyse pure compounds or mixtures of compounds.
