These Creatures Dubbed Vampires By Humans Due To Their Draining Of Energy From Other Beings Pose A Threat To Both Captain Future And The Human Colonies. As Captain Future And His Crew Confront The Vorkuls They Uncover The Aliens' True Intentions And Must Find A Way To Thwart Their Plans Before It'S Too Late. The Novella Explores Themes Of Exploration Survival And The Clash Between Different Civilizations.
