Variability in tomato seed quality in Uzbekistan

The book highlights the results of research on the study and introduction of tomato crops grown in various ecological conditions in Uzbekistan. A classification of various ecological factors is provided. A relationship has been established between seed yield from fruits and their size in different ecological zones of growth. Detailed information is provided on the sowing and yield qualities of seeds grown in different ecological and geographical zones as well as the characteristics of the matrix and ecological heterogeneity of tomato seeds collected from different fruit clusters. The influence of soil salinity on tomato cultivation and seed quality has been studied. The book is intended for ecologists biologists and agricultural workers involved in seed quality control.
