Part II on Maths by Vatsala Homeschooling series is a carefully drafted book which essentially aims to introduce the child to the world of Maths in a simple yet effective way. The aim here is to answer the ‘why’ and ‘what ‘questions which come into the minds of toddlers when new things are introduced to them. Many a times it is seen that we as parents fail to answer those questions because we take basics into granted. But as I mentioned in the Part I on English the aim here is to lay a strong foundation rather than mugging up things which eventually will lead to nothing.
