Vermiculture in the Philippines

The book presents the beginning and studies on vermiculture the farming of earthworms in the Philippines for verimicompost and vermimeal production and on earthworms as a source of medicine and food. Practical processes for the production of vermicompost as an organic fertilizer and vermimeal as a substitute for fishmeal in poultry fish and shrimp feeds are discussed.
